E’laan—Call for Job
Mahmoud Khaled
On Sunday, 27th May 2007 Mahmoud Khaled placed an advertisement in «Al Rai», one of the daily newspapers in Amman.

The announcement was a job offer seeking for a professional artist, requiring computer and language skills among others, written in the same language as a lot of job offers are found in Amman newspapers, but not only there: offering brilliant chances to improve life and reputation, big financial benefits, including travel privileges etc, if the individual’s commitment to the new job is boundless – in short: the perfect making of a new excellent and rich life.
With this ad Mahmoud Khaled was also responding to the rather small art scene in Amman.
